Jung produced the albums himself in Germany where he also recorded them. Although acoustic guitar is Jung's main instrument, he also plays the twelve-strings guitar, the electric guitar, the guitalele, the ukulele, the harp and the piano. Both of which hold mostly originals and a few original arrangements. He then went on to release two more albums (“Two of Me” in 2015 and “L’atelier” in 2016).

However, it wasn't until his fifth album that the entirety of his record was made of original compositions.

These albums hold an increasing amount of originals. His first album was called “Perfect Blue”, his second album was called “Irony”, his third album was named “Paint It Acoustic”, his fourth album was entitled “Monologue”. So far, Jung has released an album every year since 2010. The video went viral and has now enjoyed over 50 million views. He gained a massive following after posting “(Movie Theme) Pirates Of The Caribbean - Sungha Jung” in 2008. The videos he has put up on his channel are generally acoustic arrangements of covers and original material. Most of the time, Jung doesn't use sheet music.
